We're Thankful anyway

Updated: Nov 30, 2024

Thanksgiving 2024 did not go as planned.

We didn't get to enjoy quality time around a table with parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Our Thursday saw no turkey, no gravy, no mashed potatoes, no stuffing, no green been casserole, no cranberries, no toasted-marshmallow-topped yams.

And certainly no pumpkin pie.

Instead, we are home, still hacking so hard we momentarily lose our breath.

all. night. long.

But we're thankful anyway.

ree

We are grateful for our home.

Grateful for each other.

Blessed to have such supportive relationships in our lives.

Friends checking in on us & gifting us homemade soup.

Borrowed bottles of essential oils & homeopathic remedies.

Help offered when the tractor broke down, for the eighteen-hundredth time.

Prayers and encouraging words lifted on our behalf.

How does that saying go? Something like, "What if you wake up tomorrow morning, and the only things (and people) you have ... are the things (and people) you've thanked God for today?

What if?

So today, we are reminding ourselves to express our gratitude.

For all that the Good Lord has given us and trusted us to steward.

Thank you, to you, for allowing us into your email inbox

to our customers, who trust us to raise your food

to our Regenerate participants, who are brave enough to ask different questions

to our mentors, who gift us with tremendous leadership

to our family & friends, who love us unconditionally

to the people who show up when we ask for help

to the people who give us the honor of asking us to pray over them, especially when they are hurting

We are honored and humbled to have you in our lives.

And we'd like to keep you for endless tomorrows.

Before I say farewell to you today,

I'm going to share an invitation.

Joshua & I agreed to do a free webinar for our friends at MaiaGrazing X.

IF you'd like to join us (or get free access to the replay) CLICK HERE.

USA friends - it's happening LIVE on Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 7PM Central time.

(Australia friends - that's around noon on Dec. 4 in your time zone)

Spoiler alert, as long as we can keep from coughing....we are going to talk about something that's been a game-changer for us this year.

If you'd like to Join the Journey ... we'll start up our next group in January.

{Stay Tuned & Stay Well, Friends!!}
