Joshua Dukart has been a Certified Educator with Holistic Management International since 2008. Before the big move back to the ranch, Joshua was honored to work with the Natural Resources Conservation Service, Burleigh County Soil Conservation District, the Menoken Farm, and the North Dakota Grazing Lands Coalition. Tara Dukart spent the first half of her career teaching language arts and writing with her favorite age group - middle schoolers. Tara is a Certified Whole Farm & Ranch Trainer through Holistic Management International, a Certified Speaker, Coach & Behavioral Consultant with John C. Maxwell Leadership Team, and a Certified Elite Performance Coach specializing in the Cellular Alignment Technique™.
