- THIS BEEF will be ready for you to pick up directly from The Meat Shop in Beulah - early to mid October 2026. [Actual date will be determined by The Meat Shop.]
- This transaction is a DEPOSIT ONLY.
- Your deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable. It can be transferred to a different processing facility / date or may be used to purchase beef from our retail selection (while supplies last).
- Your deposit will be deducted from your final invoice from Seek First Ranch.
WHY THE LOWER PRICE POINT?
We stand behind our beef, and we ensure quality and transparency.
When we have a well-finished beef that meets ALL of our standards for health and regenerative practices, but is older-than-average....we know it produces flavorful and nutritious ground beef, but the steaks aren't typically as tender as our younger beef. Therefore, we are able to reduce our price point and give you the option to have your entire quarter/half/whole processed into ground beef.

After your beef is processed, you will receive 2 invoices based on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your beef:
- Seek First Ranch will invoice you (via email) $4.94 per pound hanging weight for the beef. Payment options are cash, check, or direct deposit (credit cards accepted for a 3% fee)
- Processing charges are separate. You'll pay those directly to The Meat Shop upon pick up.

Tara will let you know when it is time to call in or email in your processing requests. They must be sent in the same week we drop off your beef for processing, which is approx. 2 weeks before your assigned pick up date. Tara will also provide you with tips & suggestions for how to get THE MOST value out of your beef.
