- THIS BEEF will be ready for you to pick up directly from Schweitzer's Gourmet Meats in early November. [Actual date will be determined by Schweitzers.]
- Pricing listed is for your DEPOSIT ONLY.
- Your deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable. It can be transferred to a different processing facility / date or may be used to purchase beef from our retail selection (while supplies last).
- Your deposit will be deducted from your final invoice from Seek First Ranch, less credit card fees.

After your beef is processed, you will receive 2 invoices based on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your beef:
- Seek First Ranch will invoice you (via email) $3.89 per pound hanging weight for the beef. Payment options are cash, check, or direct deposit.
- Processing fees are separate. You'll pay those directly to Schweitzer's Gourmet Meats.

Tara will let you know when it is time to call in or email in your processing requests. They must be sent in the same week we drop off your beef for processing, which is approx. 2 weeks before your assigned pick up date. Tara will also provide you with tips & suggestions for how to get THE MOST value out of your beef.
